General Manager Finance

As a General Manager Finance&Account at our company located in Vile Parle West (Mumbai), your role involves overseeing accounting, financial management, financial planning, analysis, regulatory compliance, and reporting. To excel in this position, you should possess a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in cost accounting, finance, accounts finalization, and proficiency in MIS, especially in advanced excel. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements following accounting standards like IFRS and GAAP. - Monitor cash flow, strategize to maintain liquidity, and optimize working capital. - Manage internal controls to protect the organization's assets and ensure accurate financial reporting. - Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models. - Provide financial analysis and support to senior management for decision-making, including profitability analysis and cost management. - Review financial performance against budget and offer recommendations for improvement. - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and tax requirements. - Coordinate with external auditors for audits, aiming for minimal findings and successful completion.
