About the Role

This is an impact-heavy role at the nerve center of the company

You will shape product lines, create frameworks, design processes, and directly influence how we build, launch, scale, and expand in record time.

What You Will Own (Core Outcomes)

You will be accountable for delivering outcomes across:

1. Product & Technology Alignment

  • Translate founder vision into actionable product specs
  • Assist in building SaaS/PaaS layers for programmatic Ad-Tech
  • Coordinate with engineering and design teams
  • Contribute to sprint planning, roadmap creation, and product documentation
  • Use modern AI-first tools for research, automation, and decision support

2. Strategy & Go-To-Market Execution

  • Co-create GTM plans, launch strategies, and market expansion models
  • Support pricing strategy, competitive analysis, and user research
  • Prepare investor-ready pitch decks, deep-dive analysis, and financial models
  • Evaluate new product lines and expansion opportunities

3. Operations & Organisation Development

  • Shape company policies, operational workflows, and internal governance
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training frameworks
  • Build SOPs and knowledge bases for scale
  • Establish reporting frameworks and cross-functional coordination

4. Business Performance & Compliance

  • Assist finance in reporting, MIS creation, and budget tracking
  • Manage compliance documentation and policy adherence
  • Streamline audits, contracts, and internal risk registers

5. Communication, Leadership & Team Support

  • Act as an execution partner for the founder
  • Coordinate across tech, design, operations, marketing, and sales
  • Mentor junior members and drive accountability
  • Create presentations, strategic documents, and narrative stories
  • Ensure delivery quality and speed across projects

Requirements

  • 1–6 years of experience in founder’s office, product, consulting, PMO, strategy, operations, growth, or similar roles
  • Strong communication & analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to move projects from idea → execution → iteration
  • Experience with SaaS, PaaS, or Ad-Tech is a big advantage
  • Demonstrated proficiency with new-age tools (AI, Notion, Figma, Sheets, automation, etc.)
  • High sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability
  • Ability to handle cross-functional responsibilities with maturity


Bonus Points

  • Prior experience building or scaling early-stage products
  • Technical understanding of cloud, Ad-Tech, APIs, programmatic ecosystem
  • Exposure to financial modelling or compliance
  • Ability to create high-quality presentations, narratives, and strategy documents
