What You’ll Do

• Conceptualize and execute

  high-performance digital campaigns

• Translate complex product ideas into

• Work with engineers and marketing strategists to ensure design translates into behavior.
• Build

  illustrations, interfaces, and experiences

  that are immersive and alive.
• Apply principles of

  — attention, memory, curiosity, and engagement — to design.
• Craft for multiple touchpoints: web, product, animation, social, and interactive displays.
• Design visuals that guide users through the journey of

  Attraction → Attention → Conversion → Engagement → Immersion → Interaction → Involvement.

What You Bring

• A

  tier-1 design degree

  (NID, NIFT, IDC, MIT, Srishti, or equivalent).
• A strong foundation in

  visual communication, storytelling, and behavioral design

  .
• Fluency in

  Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Figma

  .
• Understanding of

  Material Design, motion principles, and responsive interfaces

  .
• A keen eye for

  anime-inspired art

  , gaming culture, and youth digital trends.
• Awareness of how advertising and SaaS brands communicate globally.
• Ability to merge

  artistic creativity

  product-level discipline

• Comfort with

  AI and generative design tools
