Outstanding interns may even receive full-time job offers at Dashreels. **Key Responsibilities:** - Generate high-quality images based on the given script or visual brief. - Conduct self-quality checks to maintain artistic and technical standards. - Coordinate with your assigned buddy to troubleshoot any creative or technical challenges. - Performance Targets (After Bootcamp): - Single Character Panels: 50 images per day (including revisions). - Multi-Character Panels: 25 images per day (including revisions). **Skills & Qualifications:** - Strong artistic sensibility, including a keen eye for composition and visual storytelling. - Passionate about storytelling through visual media, with the ability to interpret scripts or narrative briefs visually. - Comfortable working exclusively within an AI generation environment. Prior familiarity with AI image generation tools is beneficial but not mandatory. - Flexibility and adaptability in quickly learning and mastering our internal AI image generation tool, Studio. - A proactive attitude and ability to integrate feedback constructively. **Educational Background:** - An Art Portfolio is mandatory. - Bachelor's in Arts / Fine Arts / Animation is good to have.
