About the Opportunity

This is a hands-on, on-site HR Internship


The Role — What You’ll Own

  • Filter the noise — find signal:

    Read thousands of profiles and spot the difference between real experience and hollow, AI-polished CVs. Know when a résumé is simply ChatGPT gloss and when it hides genuine thinking.
  • Source local, ambitious talent:

    Hunt for Delhi-based candidates who can start quickly, adapt, and commit — not just relocate for convenience.
  • Deep-tech appreciation:

    This is a deep-tech business. You’ll learn to read engineering and product language, understand core terminology, and evaluate fit for technical roles.
  • Onboard and settle:

    Help new hires get practical — from commute realities to first-month productivity — so they contribute fast.
  • Coordination & team play:

    Be the connective tissue between founders, product, engineering, marketing, and design. Track deliverables, move feedback, close loops.
  • Founder’s right hand, company’s left hand:

    Act like a leader and an operator — confident enough to advise the founders, humble enough to support every team.
  • Drive productivity within constraints:

    Bootstrap thinking — design simple processes that extract real output while respecting tight budgets.
  • Long-term builder:

    Learn, adapt, and grow into broader responsibilities across HR, operations, and people systems as we scale.

  • Based in

    Delhi NCR

    and able to commute reliably (on-site only).
  • Curious, disciplined, and

    self-driven

    — you don’t wait for instructions.
  • Comfortable speaking with engineers and non-technical stakeholders alike.
  • Experienced enough to recognize

    AI-made façades

    in candidate materials — you’ll call out substance over style.
  • Practical empathy: you understand relocation/settling challenges and can support new hires to become productive fast.
  • Startup-minded: you get bootstrapping, budgets, and the work required to scale early teams.
  • Ambitious — you want to achieve the sky but understand the stairs you must climb.
  • Team player and leader in one: ready to lead small initiatives and to be the founder’s dependable right hand.
