Analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and key business metrics.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
Track KPIs and provide variance insights, risks, and opportunities.
Develop executive-level presentations and dashboards for leadership.
Build financial models for revenue, cost, margin, and cash flow forecasting.
Support budgeting, reforecasting, and long-range planning.
Conduct scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessments.
Deliver data-backed recommendations to improve revenue and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with Operations, Sales, HR, Supply Chain, and other functions.
Analyze customer behavior, pricing models, sales trends, and operational performance.
Clean, validate, and organize large datasets from ERP, CRM, PMS, POS, and BI tools.
Automate recurring reports using dashboards, scripts, or BI platforms.
Coordinate with IT/data teams to ensure data accuracy and governance.
Build dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar BI tools.
Create clear visualizations for financial insights and leadership updates.
Present complex data in a simplified, decision-ready format.
Support internal audits and financial control checks.
Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
Identify anomalies, overspending, revenue leakages, and risks through analytics.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
2–5 years’ experience in financial analytics, FP&A, or data analysis roles.
Strong skills in Excel, dash boarding, and financial modelling.
Working knowledge of Power BI/Tableau; SQL, Python, or R is an added advantage.
Solid understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and KPI frameworks.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
