Assistant Store Manager

Job Description We are seeking an experienced and reliable Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operations of our luxury jewellery boutique. This role focuses on store administration, inventory management, and back-end coordination, ensuring a seamless customer experience and efficient internal functioning. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily store administration, scheduling, and team coordination Manage inventory tracking, stock levels, vendor communication, and stock-in/stock-out processes Handle billing operations, data entry, and maintain accuracy in point-of-sale systems Monitor and reconcile petty cash, store expenses, and maintain documentation Support customer service team during high-traffic periods with back-end tasks Ensure timely logistics coordination with head office and third-party vendors Maintain compliance with internal reporting procedures and retail standards Requirements Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations, store management, or administrative roles Proficiency in POS systems, billing software, and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and maintain calm in a boutique setting Knowledge of luxury retail operations or jewellery background is a plus.
