Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office environment. Liaise with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and support service Team & Departmental Assistance Provide support to various departments on clerical or operational tasks. Assist with travel bookings, expense reports, and documentation as requested. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or administrative certification is a plus. Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
