Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara for the position of Assistant Store Manager. The Assistant Store Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and implementing retail strategies. Responsibilities include inventory management, supervising staff, resolving customer service issues, maintaining store organization, and assisting in loss prevention. The Assistant Store Manager will contribute to achieving sales targets and fostering a positive shopping experience for all customers. Qualifications Proven skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction. Strong Communication abilities for effective interactions with team members and customers. Experience in Store Management and overseeing daily retail operations. Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies and practices. Leadership and team management experience are highly desirable. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales goals. Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management systems is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education qualifications are advantageous.
