Financial Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze financial data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Build financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
• Monitor KPIs, variance analysis, and prepare actionable insight reports.
• Analyze sales performance, cost structures, margins, and operational efficiencies.
• Support month-end and quarter-end financial closing activities.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analytics.
• Collaborate with Finance,Sales, and Leadership teams to improve data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis or data analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; hands-on experience with financial modeling.
• Experience with BI tools.
• Knowledge of SQL/Python is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and present insights clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG/F&B (preferred), retail, or startup environments.
• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and costing frameworks.
• Understanding of financial statements and core accounting principles.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
