*Job Description:* We are seeking a talented and motivated Full-Stack Developer with 3-4 years of experience to join our remote team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong software development background and a passion for building scalable and robust web applications. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of our products, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance. *Key Responsibilities:* * Design, develop, and maintain high-quality full-stack applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to define, design, and ship new features. * Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code. * Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software. * Implement and maintain security and data protection settings. * Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our tech stack remains modern and competitive. * Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge. *Required Skills and Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. * 3-4 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer. * *Strong proficiency in the MERN stack is essential:* * *Frontend:* Expertise in React.js, including concepts like Hooks, Context API, and component lifecycle management. * *Backend:* Solid experience with Node.js and Express.js, including RESTful API design and implementation. * *Database:* Hands-on experience with MongoDB (or similar NoSQL databases like Firebase). * *Additional knowledge of related technologies is a plus:* * *Frontend:* Redux, Next.js, TypeScript. * *Backend:* Knowledge of other frameworks like NestJS, or a good understanding of microservices architecture. * Experience with version control systems, particularly Git and GitHub/GitLab. * Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and agile methodologies. * Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, quick-learning attitude. * Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker is a plus. *Preferred Qualifications ( "Plus" Concepts):* * *Cloud Architecture:* Knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure App Service, Functions, Cosmos DB), is a significant advantage. * *DevOps:* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies. * *Documentation & Design:* Proficiency in creating technical documentation using tools like Microsoft Word, and designing system architectures using Visio or similar diagramming tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Draw.io). * *AI/LLM Knowledge:* A basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications in software development. * *Communication:* Strong verbal and written communication skills. * *Independent Worker:* Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage time efficiently. * *Aptitude:* A strong desire to learn new technologies and grow professionally. *What We Offer:* * Competitive salary and benefits. * Flexible working hours and a fully remote work environment. * Opportunity to work on innovative projects with a passionate team.
