Finance Operations Transformation
Location

- Willcloselyworkwithfinanceexecutivestodesigntheirfuturestate finance processes
- Willhelpclient financeexecutivestoelevatetheirrolebybuildingcapabilitiesandundertaking operationalfinancetransformationjourney(throughstrategy,implementation,andcontinuous improvement)
- Willhelpclientsdefinetheirend - to - endfinance business processes to align with overall future state vision and digital ambitions
- Work with clients to assess their current state finance processes, identify opportunities for improvement/re-engineering, and define future state processes
- Willconductanalysisandoptimizationofprocessesandpolicies, specific to the following areas:
- Procureto Pay
- Orderto Cash
- Finance process impacted by ERP enabled transformation, incl. RevenueorCostAccounting/ Allocations, Record to Report process (i.e. close , consolidation & reporting), Management reporting & analytics design and Planning,budgeting,and forecasting
- WillactasthefinancespecialistandadviseonlargescaleEnterpriseResourcePlanning(ERP) and adjacent digital technology deployments and liaise between business & ERP/system implementation teams
- Ensurefinanceprioritiesareunderstoodandalignedto definecurrentandfuturestateprocesses, alignment to standard functionality (e.g., fit/gap, automated vs manual processes), and impacts to the finance business teams
- WillberesponsibleforanalyzinganddesigningfinancedatamodelstosupportERP/systemsand broader Finance requirements (Chart of Accounts, cost centers, profit centers, products, customers, etc.)
- WillbeinvolvedinidentifyingandimplementingKeyPerformanceIndictorsandmetricsforthe in-scope finance processes, as well as capture and communicate the value of process improvements and/or tech implementations to the stakeholders via a robust business case

We advise and implement solutions, helping our clients develop strategies and capabilities to support enterprise-wide decision-making, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organization
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors + MBA (Tier 1) with2-5yearsofrelevantFinanceTransformation experience ; OR
- CAswith3-5yearsofrelevantFinanceTransformation experience
Experience Required:
- Strong understandingof one or more endtoendfinanceprocess (Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Recordto Report, FP&A, Specialized Finance such as Tax/Treasury/Risk & Compliance, FP&A)
- Experience working in Finance organizations or consulting organizations, advising finance business on one or more of the following areas: (Receivables, Payables, Chart of Accounts (Enterprise System), Accounting, Controlling, GL/Ledger, Costing, Finance Planning, Finance Consolidation, Group Reporting, Cash Flow, Common Information Model, Financial Statements, Accounting and Financial Reporting, Close, Data Management, Allocation, Financial Data & SystemIntegration,FinanceAnalytics,FinanceProcessReengineering/Redesign,FinancialClose Optimization) StrongunderstandingofERP/systemsalignedtofinance processesand abilitytoalign‘outof box’ and custom ERPfunctionalitywithdesiredFinancefuturestate capabilities
- Exposure to drive and lead Business Process Definition & Integration, Business Requirement Gathering and Blueprinting, Design Documentation, Gap Identification, Process Flow Understanding, Attaining Business Alignment, Business Case/Value capture & tracking, transforming BusinessRequirementstoFunctionalRequirements,ProcessImprovementRecommendationsandUnderstanding of Financial Reporting Needs

Preferred Experience:
- Experiencedwith delivering/managing large scale technology implementation programs
- StrongFinancefunctionalspecializationinatleastoneERP/technology(SAP,Oracle,Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, Blackline, HighRadius, Basware, ServiceNow for Finance, Workiva, Anaplan) and additional process mining/mapping tools such as Celonis, Epiplex
- Abilitytodefineanddialogueonbenefitsoftechnologysolutionsanditsimpactonbusiness and Finance processes
- Practical experience in Finance Operations, Finance system transformation, FP&A, or EPM
- StrongUnderstandingofindustryspecificfinanceprocessdepthinoneormorekeyindustries such as Consumer, Energy, Resources & Industrial Products, Financial Services Industry, Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications, Life Sciences & HealthCare (e.g., IFRS, Revenue Recognition, RIM to Cost Accounting etc.)
- Experiencewith‘FinanceinaDigitalWorld’technologiessuchasprocessautomationthrough robotics, GenAI, machine learning, predictive analytics, visualization etc.
- Exposuretoworkinginnon-IndiaGeographies(preferablytheUS)and/orinteractingwithGlobal stakeholders
