Role Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Finance Executive/Analyst to manage and streamline our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, supporting audits, and contributing to budgeting and cost control efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1.       Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for Projects

·      Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts for BU & projects.

·      Analyse financial and operational performance metrics.

·      Conduct variance analysis (monitor variances between actuals, budgets, and forecasts BU wise/Project wise)

·      Cash Flow management.

·      Identify financial risks and opportunities.

2.       Business Performance & Decision Support

·      Partner with business units to provide financial guidance and support.

·      Prepare reports and dashboards for management review.

·      Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses for new projects and initiatives.

·      Prepare business cases and financial justifications for key decisions.

3.       Reporting & Data Management

·      Generate monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports.

·      Maintain accurate records of financial data and assumptions.

·      Automate and streamline reporting processes where possible.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance, business financial analysis.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, macros, modelling).
• Experience with

  ERP systems

  (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and

  BI tools

  (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
