Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee day-to-day finance and accounts operations in the hospital.
● Ensure accurate financial reporting, MIS preparation, and monthly/quarterly closings.
● Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
● Handle audits, statutory compliance, taxation (TDS, GST, etc.), and regulatory filings.
● Monitor revenue cycle management, billing, and receivables.
● Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
● Implement internal financial controls and cost optimization measures.
Key Requirements:
● Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance & accounts.
● Mandatory: Prior experience working in hospitals/healthcare industry.
● Strong knowledge of hospital revenue cycle, statutory compliance, and financial systems.
● Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial reporting tools.
● Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
