Finance Lead

As a Finance Leader with 8+ years of experience, you will be responsible for leading the global Finance function of the company. Your expertise is expected in overall Corporate Finance, Project Finance, and Operational Finance. You will manage the financial aspects of the Indian subsidiary and the US corporate, particularly focusing on managing Finance for IT services companies with an offshore model. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure successful execution of IT-related projects and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the financial budgeting and control of IT services projects, joint ventures, and partnerships. - Oversee financial reporting processes, project costing, P&L at macro and micro levels, and balance sheet preparation. - Allocate capital resources for strategic outlays, develop budgets, and track financial performance against targets. - Create and manage detailed financial models for project viability and analyze project performance for profitability and cost control. - Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks associated with projects, including currency and operational risks. - Perform financial due diligence for potential projects, manage project cash flow, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as investors and financial institutions, and provide strategic financial advice to senior leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in managing finance for an IT services company following the offshore model. - Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, business finance acumen, and analytical skills. - Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance standards, stakeholder management, and experience in startups. Preferred Qualifications: - Advanced financial certifications such as CA, CFA, CPA, or MBA with a focus on finance. - Experience in international project finance and strong leadership skills.
