Job Description:- Designation: Office 365 Administrator Experience: 3-5 years Roles and Responsibilities Manage and maintain Microsoft Exchange Server environments, including mailboxes, distribution groups, public folders, and contacts. Provide technical support for Microsoft Office 365 services such as Outlook Web App (OWA), Exchange Online, and SharePoint. Troubleshoot issues related to email delivery failures, password resets, and account lockouts on Azure Active Directory. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups of critical data and system updates to ensure optimal performance. Desired Profile Strong expertise in Microsoft Office 365 applications and services. Proficiency in collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex Office 365 and collaboration issues. Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell).
