Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
Common (both tracks)
Executive support:
calendar & meeting coordination, agendas & minutes, action-item tracking, drafting professional emails/notes.Operations & documentation:
create/maintain SOPs, trackers, reports, decks; tidy shared drives and version control.Research & analysis:
quick scans on vendors/institutions/competitors; compile data for decisions.Admin & compliance:
spreadsheet hygiene, basic invoice/PO tracking support, confidentiality/NDA filing.
Track A — HR & Recruitment (3 positions)
- Draft & publish
JDs
, map hiring funnels
, source candidates (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals). Screen resumes
, conduct first-touch calls, schedule interviews & demos, coordinate panels.- Maintain
ATS/CRM
data (status, notes, next steps), ensure candidate communication & feedback loops. - Prepare
