Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

Common (both tracks)

  • Executive support:

    calendar & meeting coordination, agendas & minutes, action-item tracking, drafting professional emails/notes.
  • Operations & documentation:

    create/maintain SOPs, trackers, reports, decks; tidy shared drives and version control.
  • Research & analysis:

    quick scans on vendors/institutions/competitors; compile data for decisions.
  • Admin & compliance:

    spreadsheet hygiene, basic invoice/PO tracking support, confidentiality/NDA filing.

Track A — HR & Recruitment (3 positions)

  • Draft & publish

    JDs

    , map

    hiring funnels

    , source candidates (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals).
  • Screen resumes

    , conduct first-touch calls, schedule interviews & demos, coordinate panels.
  • Maintain

    ATS/CRM

    data (status, notes, next steps), ensure candidate communication & feedback loops.
  • Prepare

    offer letters

    , onboarding checklists, and collate joining documents with accuracy.
  • Weekly hiring reporting: pipeline volumes, interview no-shows, offer–accept ratio,

  • 50–80 qualified resumes/week; 15–25 interviews scheduled/week; ≤48-hour TAT on follow-ups; ≥70% data completeness in ATS.

Track B — Influencer Marketing & Partnerships (3 positions)

    (YouTube/Instagram/LinkedIn/Telegram), shortlist by niche, geography, pricing & audience fit.
  • Outreach &

    : write compelling mails/DMs, set intros, share briefs & USPs,

    familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing, job boards, screening calls, interview coordination, basic HR docs.
  • Influencer Track:

Work Style

  • Proactive, reliable, solution-oriented; comfortable switching contexts and meeting deadlines; high ownership.

Must-haves (Remote)

  • Personal laptop, stable internet & phone; ability to align with manager schedules; occasional evening/weekend check-ins if a project demands.

Stipend & Structure

  • Phase 1 (Months 1–2):

    Unpaid

    learning phase with weekly evaluations & mentor check-ins.
  • Phase 2 (Months 3–4):

    ₹5,000–₹10,000 per month
