About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and analytical Marketplace Manager to drive growth across Zepto, Blinkit, and Swiggy Instamart. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing similar FMCG or D2C brands on Q-commerce platforms — someone who understands the speed, precision, and attention to detail required to win in 10-minute delivery commerce.

You’ll be responsible for end-to-end operations — from catalog accuracy, inventory health, and campaign performance to driving revenue growth and maintaining strong relationships with partner category teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory & Operations Management

• Maintain ideal stock levels across all Q-commerce dark stores to achieve >95% fill rate and minimize out-of-stock (OOS) occurrences.

• Coordinate daily replenishment and dispatch planning with warehouse and logistics teams.

• Track expiry, returns, and stock aging, and take proactive actions for rotation or liquidation.

• Ensure weekly reconciliation of stock sent vs received across all partner warehouses.

2. Catalog & Listing Management

• Ensure accurate and updated catalogs on all platforms — product titles, descriptions, pack sizes, ingredients, prices, and images.

• Optimize listings for better discoverability and conversion (SEO, attributes, tagging, content).

• Coordinate with the design team to update creatives as per each platform’s format and seasonality.

3. Performance Marketing & Growth

• Plan, execute, and monitor on-platform ad campaigns (sponsored listings, visibility packs, and banner promotions).

• Analyze ad performance and optimize for better ROI and visibility.

• Collaborate with category managers to participate in platform-specific events, visibility drives, and sampling campaigns.

• Track competitor pricing, offers, and visibility share, and recommend actions to improve ranking and sales.

4. Relationship & Account Management

• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for Zepto, Blinkit, and Swiggy Instamart category and operations teams.

• Drive collaboration for listing approvals, new product launches, and promotional tie-ups.

• Resolve operational, pricing, and catalog errors swiftly to avoid lost sales.

5. Reporting & Analytics

• Maintain daily MIS reports for sales, ad spends, fill rates, and performance metrics.

• Generate actionable insights on sales trends, SKU performance, and contribution margins.

• Present monthly performance dashboards with growth opportunities and learnings.

Requirements

• Graduate / MBA preferred

• 2-3 years of experience in Q-commerce or FMCG/E-commerce marketplace management

• Proven track record of managing Zepto, Blinkit, or Instamart accounts for a known consumer brand

• Strong knowledge of catalog management, pricing, visibility campaigns, and ad dashboards on Q-commerce portals

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, data analysis, and reporting

• Strong coordination skills across marketing, warehouse, and finance teams

• Results-oriented mindset with ownership of targets and accountability
