Job Description

Ecommerce Manager


Location: Noida


Work model: 6 days working (5 days work from office and 6th day is work from home)Roles and Responsibilities:


Ecommerce (Primary Focus – 80%)


P&L Ownership: Manage the full ecommerce business including revenue, pricing and ad spends and profitability.


Ads & Performance: Coordinate with the Amazon agency to plan, optimize, and scale ad campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, Deals)


Content & Organic Growth: Ensure optimized A+ content, SEO keywords, titles, images, and brand store updates to drive organic visibility.


Ratings & Reviews: Build and execute a proactive review management and rating improvement strategy.


Inventory & Fulfilment:

o Oversee FBA replenishment planning, shipment creation, and stock health.

o Monitor MFN performance, returns, and customer experience metrics.


Reporting & Analytics: Track KPIs – sales velocity, conversion rates, RoAS, ACOS, and category rankings.


Promotions & Pricing: Own event planning (Prime Day, Great Indian Festival, etc.), coupons, and deal submissions.


Marketing Analytics: Develop data-backed insights from Amazon Brand Analytics, Helium and other tools


Category and competition analysis: Compare and conduct competition analysis on SKU level with features, pricings, content, ad spends etc.,


Marketplace Category Team: Manage relations with category teams to build Co-operating marketing and sales plans.


Quick Commerce (20%)

o Manage listings, pricing, and inventory for Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and others.

o Coordinate with account managers for promotions, new product launches, and category visibility.

o Track delivery metrics, stockouts, and performance reports.


Requirements

· 3 to 6 years of experience in e-commerce account management, preferably in beauty, wellness, or FMCG.

· Proven track record of managing Amazon Seller Central accounts independently.

· Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with reporting

· Excellent coordination and communication skills for agency and internal team collaboration.

· Exposure to quick commerce or D2C platforms (Shopify, Shiprocket) is a plus.
