We’re looking for a Head of HR to lead the people strategy and operations as the series A funded startup scale rapidly. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for someone with startup experience. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership: Define and execute the HR roadmap aligned with company growth and values. Talent Acquisition: Build a strong hiring engine to attract top talent across verticals. Culture & Engagement: Design initiatives that foster innovation, ownership, and a strong culture. Performance & Growth: Develop frameworks for OKRs, feedback, and career development. HR Infrastructure: Set up scalable HR systems including HRIS, compliance, and policies. Compensation & Benefits: Drive market-aligned C&B strategy including ESOP structures. Founders’ Partner: Serve as a close advisor to founders and leadership on people strategy.
