Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive Location: Greater Noida Department: Marketing Reports To: Head of Marketing Salary (In Hand): Rs4.20L-Rs6L (Per Annum) + Inventive Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Executive to manage client coordination, oversee site activation, handle presentations, and ensure efficient data management. The ideal candidate will also bring strong vendor management experience, preferably from the events or printing industry , to ensure seamless execution of marketing and branding projects. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Coordination • Act as a single point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and updates. • Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable project briefs. • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. 2. Site Activation • Plan, coordinate, and oversee on-ground branding, event setups, and site activations. • Liaise with internal teams and vendors to ensure flawless execution within timelines and budgets. • Conduct site inspections and share reports with clients. 3. Presentation & Data Management • Prepare impactful client presentations, proposals, and project reports. • Manage and analyze marketing data, including activation reports, lead reports, and performance tracking. • Ensure documentation and records are up-to-date for internal and client reporting. 4. Vendor Management • Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors for printing, fabrication, and event-related requirements. • Negotiate pricing, timelines, and quality standards to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery. • Monitor vendor performance and maintain a reliable vendor database. 5. Cross-Functional Coordination • Work closely with the sales, creative, and operations teams to align project execution with client expectations. • Support the marketing team in campaign planning and execution as required. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • 3–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably in events, branding, or printing industry. • Proven experience in vendor management and site activation. • Strong project management, multitasking, and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); knowledge of design or project management tools is a plus. • Ability to work under tight deadlines with strong problem-solving skills.
