• Act as a single point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and updates.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable project briefs.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee on-ground branding, event setups, and site activations.
• Liaise with internal teams and vendors to ensure flawless execution within timelines and budgets.
• Conduct site inspections and share reports with clients.
• Prepare impactful client presentations, proposals, and project reports.
• Manage and analyze marketing data, including activation reports, lead reports, and performance tracking.
• Ensure documentation and records are up-to-date for internal and client reporting.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors for printing, fabrication, and event-related requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, timelines, and quality standards to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.
• Monitor vendor performance and maintain a reliable vendor database.
• Work closely with the sales, creative, and operations teams to align project execution with client expectations.
• Support the marketing team in campaign planning and execution as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably in events, branding, or printing industry.
• Proven experience in vendor management and site activation.
• Strong project management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); knowledge of design or project management tools is a plus.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Client-centric approach with strong negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for site activations and client meetings.
