Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Hyderabad for a Sr. Executive – Institutional Sales at Safari Industries India Ltd. The role involves managing institutional and B2B sales, acquiring new clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic corporate engagement. The incumbent will work closely with channel partners and cross-functional teams to generate leads, monitor sales performance, and ensure client satisfaction through customized gifting solutions. Roles & Responsibilities Lead business development by selling premium bags/Luggage to corporate clients. Acquire new clients and ensure retention of existing institutional customers. Generate leads, fix appointments, and present customized gifting solutions. Manage inventory and support operational aspects of institutional sales. Collaborate with channel partners and agencies for smooth business operations Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collections. Achieve monthly revenue targets with a focus on consistent performance. Track and manage discount structures and credit terms for corporate sales. Conceptualize promotions to drive repeat business from corporate clients. Conduct customer surveys to improve service delivery and satisfaction. Work independently while reporting to the Regional Manager. Opportunity to enhance negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Experience in corporate gifting or related industries is an added advantage. Qualifications Experience in B2B/Institutional sales, preferably in corporate gifting or related industries (3 to 5 years) Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and manage key accounts Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a track record of sales success Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships Show more Show less
