Senior Executive- Institutional Sales

As a Sales Business Development Executive in the Pharma industry, you will play a crucial role in increasing sales by targeting corporate clients. Your primary responsibilities will include generating new leads, setting up appointments, and presenting our products and services to potential clients based on their requirements. It will be your responsibility to acquire new business while ensuring the retention of existing customers. Meeting and surpassing revenue targets on a monthly basis will be a key performance indicator for this role. You will be expected to closely monitor discount factors and credit terms when dealing with corporate clients. Additionally, your role will involve creating promotional strategies to encourage repeat purchases among our corporate clientele. Understanding the unique requirements of each client and offering customized gifting solutions will be essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this role should have a solid background in Institutional or Corporate sales, with at least 3-4 years of experience in the field. You should be willing to travel extensively within the Mumbai territory and possess the necessary skills to manage the entire sales cycle for institutional clients. This includes tasks such as market mapping, lead generation, product presentations, follow-ups, closing deals, and ensuring repeat business from clients. Having your own vehicle for travel purposes is a requirement for this role, with reimbursement provided as per company policy.
