Senior Executive- Institutional Sales

As an experienced Business Development professional in the Pharma sales background, your primary role will be to increase sales by selling bags to corporate clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Generating new leads and prospects, scheduling appointments, and effectively communicating the company's products and services to potential clients. - Acquiring new business opportunities while maintaining and retaining existing customer relationships. - Meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets consistently. - Monitoring and managing the discount factor and credit terms for sales to corporate clients. - Developing promotional strategies to encourage repeat purchases from corporate clients. - Understanding the specific requirements of clients and offering customized gifting solutions accordingly. To qualify for this role, you need to have: - 3-4 years of experience in Institutional sales or Corporate sales. - Willingness to travel within the Mumbai territory. - Proficiency in managing the complete Institutional sales cycle, including market mapping, lead generation, product presentations, follow-ups, closing deals, and ensuring recurring business. - Access to your own vehicle for travel, with reimbursement as per the company policy.
