Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Manage both primary and secondary sales for assigned key retail chains, ensuring overall channel performance.
  • Track and improve product mix and aligning with company-defined financial models.
  • Improve counter share & market shares across assigned accounts.
  • Create and implement marketing and promotion plans in collaboration with internal teams and channel partners.
  • Study market competition and category dynamics to build strategies that support growth targets.
  • Monitor model-level and account-level margins across assigned accounts
  • Ensure timely collections and maintain financial hygiene by tracking receivables and reducing payables.
  • Build strong, long-term partnerships with key buyers to align on product visibility, planograms, and terms of trade.
  • Plan demand effectively using sales trends, forecasts, and targets to optimize inventory and enhance margins.
  • Maintain ideal product availability at stores and manage order flow, delivery timelines, and inventory gaps.
