National Key Account Manager

As the National Key Account Manager (NKAM) for Modern Trade (All Chain Accounts) in All India, your role involves complete accountability for account handling, closure, and execution of TOTs, negotiations, and onboarding of accounts. You will be responsible for both Secondary & Primary management, ensuring visibility of products, effective distributor management, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Accounts: - Ensure availability of all products in Modern Trade Accounts. - Develop and implement account strategies. - Conduct negotiations, pricing, and TOTs with accounts for long-term partnerships. - Implement and monitor all KPIs at store level (Fillrate, PO Volume, Customer Satisfaction Matrix, etc.). - Manage distributor relationships and ROI. - Handle secondary claim management. - Participate in festivals to enhance brand visibility and revenue generation. - Growth Management: - Oversee secondary & primary business management. - Monitor quarterly/monthly sales progression. - Drive NPD development and growth. - Manage CFA and sales operations. - Conduct competition benchmarking. - Spend Management: - Implement a chain-specific approach. - Plan Tradeload to enhance volume and visibility. - Manage sales returns effectively. - People Management: - Foster a healthy work environment across the region. - Track expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (CFA/HE/Finance/Marketing & other divisions). Qualifications Required: - Minimum 13 years of experience in sales & distribution, specifically in Modern Trade. - Deep understanding of business operations. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Proficient in team management, grievances management, and time management.,
