Job Description

As the National Key Account Manager (NKAM) at our company, your primary responsibility will be to handle accounts, close deals, execute Terms of Trade (TOTs), negotiate, and onboard accounts across India in Modern Trade. Your key duties will include: - Account Management: - Ensuring availability of all products in Modern Trade Accounts - Developing and implementing account strategies - Negotiating prices and TOTs for long-term business relationships - Implementing and tracking KPIs at the store level such as Fillrate, PO Volume, and Customer Satisfaction Matrix - Managing distributors and monitoring ROI - Handling secondary claim management and participating in festivals to enhance brand visibility and revenue generation - Growth Management: - Managing secondary and primary business operations - Monitoring quarterly/monthly sales progression - Developing and growing new product lines - Managing CFAs and sales operations - Benchmarking competition - Spend Management: - Implementing a chain-specific approach - Planning tradeloads to boost volume and visibility - Managing sales returns effectively - People Management: - Creating a positive work environment across the region - Tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness - Collaborating with cross-functional teams including CFA, HE, Finance, Marketing, and other divisions Qualifications required for this role include: - A minimum of 13 years of experience in sales and distribution, particularly in Modern Trade - Deep business knowledge - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Proficient team management and grievance handling skills - Effective time management capabilities If you are someone with a passion for account management and a proven track record in sales and distribution, with the ability to drive growth and manage accounts effectively, then this role is for you.,
