🛍️ About the Rol

We are seeking a Catalog Manager to take full ownership of our product catalog across all sales channels — from our D2C platforms and marketplaces to offline trade. This is a hybrid role that blends creative finesse with operational precision. You will be at the intersection of content writing, product information management, and channel optimization, ensuring every product we offer is accurately represented, discoverable, and compelling to customers

🎯 Key Responsibilitie

s • Product Onboarding & Categorization

:Create and manage product listings for new and existing SKUs across platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Shopify, etc.

) • Content Development

:Craft engaging and persuasive product titles, descriptions, USPs, and SEO-friendly copy. Ensure consistency in brand tone and voice

. • Image & Asset Coordination

:Work with design and photography teams to ensure every listing has high-quality, relevant visuals and supporting media

. • Channel-Specific Optimization

:Customize catalog entries as per each sales channel’s requirements and best practices (bullet points, tags, attributes, etc.

) • Data & Audit Management

:Maintain a clean and structured catalog database. Regularly audit listings for errors, duplications, or outdated content

. • Cross-functional Collaboration

:Partner with marketing, operations, and sales teams to support promotions, pricing changes, and new launches

✅ Desired Candidate Profil

e • Minimum 3 years of experience in catalog management, product content, or related functions

. • Background in content writing, journalism, communications, or digital marketing is a strong plus

. • Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations

. • Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills

. • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and content management tools (e.g., PIM systems, backend dashboards)

. • Ability to multitask and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growing company
