As a Catalog Manager, you will own the accuracy, richness, and performance of product catalogs across Eternz. You will work closely with brands, merchandising, operations, and growth teams to ensure that every product listed is compliant, visually strong, and optimized for discovery and conversion.
This role requires a strong eye for detail, structured execution, and comfort managing large volumes of product data in a fast-paced marketplace environment.
• Own end-to-end catalog onboarding and management for assigned brands
• Ensure accurate and complete product information including descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images
• Review and approve product listings to meet Eternz’s quality and compliance standards
• Coordinate with brands to collect missing or incorrect catalog data and assets
• Maintain consistency across SKUs in naming conventions, attribute tagging, and categorization
• Support image optimization, sequencing, and merchandising best practices
• Audit existing catalogs and resolve quality gaps, errors, or inconsistencies
• Work with merchandising and growth teams to optimize catalogs for visibility and conversion
• Maintain trackers and reports for catalog health, approvals, and turnaround times
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements for faster, cleaner onboarding

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 2–3 years of experience in catalog management, marketplace operations, or e-commerce
• Experience working with large SKU volumes across multiple brands
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Comfortable coordinating with external brands and internal teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
• Experience with fashion, jewelry, lifestyle, or luxury marketplaces
• Familiarity with platform catalog standards and quality benchmarks
• Understanding of image guidelines and product presentation best practices
• Ownership of a core function that directly impacts conversion and customer trust
• Exposure to high-quality brands and premium product catalogs
