Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, attract clients, and generate leads. This is an on-site role in Ahmedabad, working closely with sales, content, design, and development teams.
Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, SEM, SEO, email, content marketing, PPC).
Manage and optimize the company’s website for search engines (on-page/off-page SEO), user experience, and conversions.
Run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), monitor performance and optimize for ROI.
Create, curate, and schedule content (blogs, social media posts, newsletters, landing pages) that aligns with company brand, voice, and goals.
Use web and social analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, social media insights, etc.) to track campaign performance, website traffic, user behavior; prepare reports and recommend improvements.
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to discover new opportunities.
Coordinate with design, content, development teams to create creatives, landing pages, banners, etc.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging tools/technologies.
Assist in managing the digital marketing budget; ensure spend is efficient and on track.
Support lead generation efforts — design funnels, nurture leads via email / social media / content.
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or related field.
Experience: 2-4 years (or as per company preference) in digital marketing, preferably in IT / B2B domain.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools & platforms: Google Ads, Facebook/LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools (SEMrush, Arefs, Moz etc.), email marketing tools, social media platforms.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Strong content-writing skills; ability to produce engaging, clear content for blogs, social media, email, etc.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (optional but a plus).
Good project management and organizational skills; able to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Creative mindset + analytical thinking.
Good communication skills (English and Hindi; Gujarati is a plus).
Certifications in digital marketing (Google Ads, Analytics, HubSpot etc.) will be an advantage.
