This role is crucial in understanding student concerns, handling academic requirements, and maintaining strong communication to ensure high levels of student satisfaction and retention. It is an in-house role, not field or sales based, and requires a balance of professionalism, empathy, and target-oriented performance. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with international students to support them throughout their academic journey. Understand student requirements and tasks, and ensure proper coordination with internal teams. Perform basic formatting and check assignments before submission. Identify and generate new student leads through referrals and internal networks. Ensure achievement of monthly student interaction and conversion targets. Maintain timely follow-ups, resolve student queries, and ensure satisfaction. Coordinate with academic and admin teams to fulfill student requirements. Keep detailed records of student interactions, needs, and feedback. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream (Education, Management, or Communication preferred). Strong communication and convincing skills in English (additional languages a plus). Ability to understand student assignments and basic academic processes. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and general formatting skills. Goal-oriented and confident in achieving set targets. Pleasant, dynamic personality with a student-first approach. Preferred: Experience working with foreign or international students. Background in academic support, education consultancy, or customer relations.
