Job Description

As a Customer Relations Executive (Tele-Sales) at our company, your role will involve utilizing inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. You will be responsible for generating sales, building client relationships, and promoting our travel services and packages. Your excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and passion for travel will play a key role in your success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Acquire new customers through inbound calls, outbound calling, or email. - Understand customer needs and address their queries regarding products or services. - Preferably have Customer Service and Sales experience in the European Market. - Demonstrate excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills. - Have knowledge of European tourist attractions and destinations. - Utilize good sales skills, preferably from the Tours and Travel industry. - Collaborate with other departments to facilitate closing deals. - Connect with prospective customers through their preferred communication channels. - Explain product/service features and benefits to prospects. - Follow a tele-calling script to deliver a compelling pitch. - Collect necessary customer information for the sales process. **Tele-calling Job Responsibilities:** - Identify new sales opportunities through inbound calls, outbound calls, and email. - Contact existing and potential clients to encourage purchases. - Communicate the benefits of our products/services to potential clients and secure confirmations. - Update and maintain accurate contact details of individuals. - Address customer concerns, uncertainties, and suggestions promptly. - Record important details from every conversation. - Keep a record of all sales attempts, successful or unsuccessful. - Attend team meetings regularly to discuss progress and performance expectations. - Interact with respect, regardless of the behavior of other parties. - Maintain the business database by entering, verifying, and backing up relevant data. **Qualifications Required:** - Sales skills with experience; Tours and Travel & Tourism sales experience/skills are a plus. - Preferably have Customer Service and Sales experience in the European Market. - Experience in creating sales, follow-ups, and booking reservations. - Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of local tourist attractions and destinations. - Strong multitasking and time management abilities. - Attention to detail. The work environment for this role is in an office setting within a collaborative team environment. The schedule is a day shift from 09:30 to 18:00. Ideally, you should have 1-3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the Travel & Tours industry. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Hindi is a plus. The work location is in person.,
