Project coordination: Manage the communication flow between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all parties are aligned on project status and requirements. Oversee the organization and distribution of all project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Track project milestones and deliverables, proactively identifying and addressing potential delays or issues to ensure on-time completion. Schedule and lead coordination meetings, setting agendas and ensuring clear action items are established and followed. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Business, Pharmaceutical, Engineering, or a related field. Proven ability to work independently, manage one's own workload, and take initiative without direct supervision. A strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset and a passion for building relationships and driving growth. Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of professional correspondence with all levels of an organization. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM software.
