Job Summary This is an ideal position for a motivated and detail-oriented individual, including a recent graduate, who is looking to build a career in project management within a global trading environment. You will independently identify and cultivate new client relationships, manage the early stages of the sales pipeline, and ensure flawless project execution by overseeing all logistical and communication-based aspects. This position is ideal for a proactive and results-oriented professional who is comfortable managing both commercial and operational responsibilities with a high degree of independence. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Independently research and identify new market segments, potential clients, and emerging industry trends. Proactively generate and qualify new business leads through outreach, networking, and following up on marketing campaigns. Develop and execute strategies to build a robust sales pipeline and nurture leads through the initial stages of the sales process. Maintain and manage the companys Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with a high degree of accuracy and detail. Prepare and deliver compelling introductory presentations and materials to prospective clients. Project coordination: Manage the communication flow between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all parties are aligned on project status and requirements. Oversee the organization and distribution of all project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Track project milestones and deliverables, proactively identifying and addressing potential delays or issues to ensure on-time completion. Schedule and lead coordination meetings, setting agendas and ensuring clear action items are established and followed. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Business, Pharmaceutical, Engineering, or a related field. Proven ability to work independently, manage one's own workload, and take initiative without direct supervision. A strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset and a passion for building relationships and driving growth. Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of professional correspondence with all levels of an organization. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM software.
