Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations & P&L Analyst to work closely with the Founder and key cross-functional teams. This role is responsible for building and managing business performance dashboards, driving insights from financial and operational data, and ensuring tight control over unit economics, inventory, and cost structures. The Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, building customer retention strategies, delivering a superior customer experience, and closing sales.
