The role primarily involves calling potential leads/customers , explaining products/services, and converting inquiries into successful sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads from the provided database. Explain company products/services clearly and persuasively over the phone. Generate leads, follow up with interested prospects, and close sales. Maintain daily/weekly call logs and report progress to the Sales Team Lead. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business. Achieve set sales targets and contribute to team performance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree. 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales. Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi/English, and regional language preferred). Good persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to handle objections and work under pressure. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
