Role & responsibilities Manage and oversees the logistics operations and coordinate from one to another origin Monitor and ensure the entire cycle of goods movement from oversees supplier till warehouse and brought on time. Identify and Establish new contacts with various logistic organization. Ensure the inventory level in the warehouse is managed proficiently at any given point of time. Ensure the inventory is segregated carefully and placed as per the individual project. Develop and implement strategies from deliveries till distribution of goods efficiently of each project. Analyze and Suggest on better logistics performance metrics. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Oversee the loading and unloading of goods and Ensure all the goods reached to destination without any damages. Liaise with internal departments and external parties to resolve issues Visualize and facilitate logistics of warehouse, transportation and Client service. Plan and track shipments of final products according to client requirements. Communicate with the logistics and accounts team on shipment customs clearance. Coordinate with the Installation team and Truck Drivers for transportation of products to client location. Resolve shipment and inventory issues. Preferred candidate profile Proven Experience in Logistics minimum of 3-5years. Bachelors in any degree value added as in logistics and supply chain management. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Presentations. Ability to work independently.

Coordinating with vendors. Vendor Management. Identification of new vendors / new materials. Verifies purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list; clarifying unclear items; recommending alternatives. Forwards available inventory items by verifying stock; scheduling delivery. Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtaining approval from requisitioning department.
