Marketing & Branding Executive

Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with company goals.
• Maintain and enhance brand identity across all communication platforms.
• Conduct competitor and market research to refine brand positioning.
• Ensure consistent tone, visual elements, and messaging in all marketing collaterals.
  

Marketing Campaigns & Execution

• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, digital) to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
• Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare reports with actionable insights.
  

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow company presence across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Develop engaging content calendars, oversee post scheduling, and monitor audience engagement.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations and digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.).
• Monitor analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  

Creative Development & Communication

• Work with designers and agencies to create marketing materials, brochures, and presentations.
• Ensure brand voice consistency across all internal and external communication.
  

Event & Partnership Support

• Assist in organizing brand events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Identify partnership opportunities to strengthen brand visibility.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in BBA-Marketing, or related field .
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or digital media.
• Strong knowledge of brand strategy, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
