Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Proven experience in residential interiors field.
Timely ordering of materials.
Ensuring stock checking and minimum stock maintenance.
Vendor Management. Identification of new vendors / new materials. Coordinating with vendors.
Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtaining approval from requisitioning department.
Obtains purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers; monitoring and expediting orders.
Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves shipments in error with suppliers.
Provides purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Preferred candidate profile

Should have minimum experience of 2 to 3 years in Residential interiors.
Should possess good communication skills & Negotiation skills
Should be fluent in English.
Good to know Hindi and Telugu.
Should be well versed with MS Office.
