Job Description

What you ll do

Assist in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers and vendors.
Support the procurement team in preparing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential cost-saving opportunities.
Help maintain accurate records of supplier contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.
Collaborate with the inventory management team to monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed.
Participate in negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms and pricing.
Assist in resolving any issues related to orders, deliveries, or invoicing.
Provide administrative support to the procurement team as needed.

What you ll bring

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Strong interest in procurement and supply chain management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems is a plus.
Gain practical experience in procurement and supply chain management.
Work closely with experienced professionals in the field.
