Human Resources Intern

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our HR department. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, assisting with recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

What you'll do

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Help with onboarding new employees by preparing necessary documentation and assisting in orientation sessions.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
• Support the HR team with organizing and planning employee engagement activities.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR reports and presentations.
• Participate in HR meetings and contribute ideas and insights.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

What you'll bring

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous internship or work experience in HR or a related field.
• Strong interest in human resources and a desire to learn about HR practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
