What You’ll Do

• Support employee lifecycle processes, including pre-onboarding, onboarding, and documentation
• Assist with HR operations such as offer rollouts, background verification, and benefits administration
• Help prepare and validate payroll-related inputs and maintain vendor/contractor records
• Maintain HR documentation and ensure data accuracy across HR systems
• Support HR communications, reporting, and coordination activities
• Take ownership of small projects and process improvement initiatives
