𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

-Identify and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks to build a strong talent pipeline.

-Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination to streamline recruitment.

-Maintain positive candidate experiences through follow-up communication and support.

-Support new employee onboarding and integration.

-Contribute to research on growth opportunities, industry trends, and emerging hiring practices.

-Engage with clients, business partners, and external contacts to explore collaboration opportunities.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

-Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

-Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

-Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

-Interest in HR and organizational development.

-Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

-Adaptable to a fast-paced, global work environment.
