Role Overview:

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in

  end-to-end recruitment

  (interns & entry-level roles)
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication
• Help draft and manage

  HR documents

  (NDAs, offer letters, internship letters, policies)
• Support

  onboarding & offboarding

  processes
• Maintain basic

  employee records and documentation

• Assist in building

  HR processes, SOPs, and compliance checklists

• Support internal communication, team engagement, and culture initiatives
• Work directly with founders on people-related strategy and execution

What we are looking for:

• Pursuing or completed

  MBA / BBA / Bachelor’s

  (HR, Management, or related field)
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a

  startup environment

  with ambiguity
• Willingness to take ownership and learn beyond defined tasks
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and email communication
