Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Executive to plan, manage, and optimize online advertising campaigns focused on real estate lead generation. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in running Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads and other digital advertising platforms to drive qualified leads. The role involves managing lead funnels, executing brand promotion strategies, and working closely with the sales team to ensure that all leads are effectively nurtured and converted into successful sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Facebook and Instagram (Meta) ad campaigns for lead generation specific to company projects.
• Ensure all generated leads are timely assigned to sales executives and are being worked upon promptly.
• Track and monitor the lead journey — from generation to closure — ensuring proper follow-ups are conducted by the sales team.
• Review and re-engage with dropped or inactive leads to confirm that they are closed only for valid and genuine reasons.
• Generate quality leads through online advertising campaigns and ensure proper allotment and follow-up until closure.
• Maintain and update data sheets for all lead-related activities, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Create, design, and post advertisements; plan and run digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Prepare and maintain updated databases for company investors and stakeholders.
• Execute bulk messaging campaigns using relevant applications to reach potential clients and promote projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Certified or trained in Digital Marketing from a reputed institute.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Facebook/Meta Ad Campaign Management (experience in real estate industry preferred).
• Proficient in Meta Business Suite, Lead Forms, and Performance Analytics.
• Skilled in designing tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
• Strong command over Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in coordination with the sales and management teams.
• Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
