Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive with a minimum of 3-4 years in the pharma and healthcare fields to join our dynamic marketing team at Intellectt Inc. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across primary platforms LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google (including Ads, Analytics, and YouTube) while leading social media management with a focus on trendy, engaging content and posts to promote our AI-driven solutions in life sciences. Driving lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement through viral, compliant strategies will be key. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, with a primary focus on LinkedIn for B2B thought leadership, Instagram for visual storytelling, and Google platforms (Ads, Analytics, YouTube) for targeted reach and SEO, all tailored to pharma, healthcare, and life sciences audiences.
  • Lead social media management across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels, creating and scheduling trendy content such as Reels, Stories, carousels, polls, and short-form videos that align with current trends, viral challenges, and industry hashtags to boost engagement.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Instagram Ads, ensuring compliance with CDSCO guidelines, UCPMP 2024, ASCI codes, and other relevant Indian regulatory standards.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot to track KPIs such as ROI, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and trend-driven growth, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with content teams, SMEs, and sales to align digital efforts with business goals, creating targeted campaigns for topics like AI diagnostics, telemedicine, and digital health platforms, incorporating trendy formats like infographics and user-generated content.
  • Oversee community engagement, influencer partnerships, and trend monitoring to build brand authority in the Indian healthcare ecosystem, fostering interactions that drive leads and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to inform strategy, identify viral opportunities, and create timely posts that resonate with pharma professionals and patients.
  • Manage content calendars and digital assets, ensuring timely execution of trendy posts and alignment with brand voice while accommodating 24/7 operational demands.
  • Stay abreast of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in AI-enhanced marketing, short-form video trends, and social algorithms for life sciences.


Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, or life sciences industries. Proven track record in managing end-to-end campaigns for B2B and B2C audiences, including social media management with trendy content. Prior experience in night shifts or 24/7 environments is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in primary platforms: LinkedIn (for professional networking and ads), Instagram (for visual and Reels content), and Google ecosystem (Ads, Analytics, YouTube).
  • Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, keyword research, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) for campaign management.
  • Core Skills:

    Data-driven decision-making, campaign optimization, A/B testing, trend spotting, and content curation for viral potential; excellent project management abilities.
  • Soft Skills:

    Detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, including night shifts.
  • Regulatory Knowledge:

    Understanding of Indian healthcare compliance standards


Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing).
  • Experience with AI tools for marketing automation, programmatic advertising, or trend analysis in healthcare.
  • Background in lead generation for tech solutions in life sciences or B2B pharma, with a portfolio of trendy social posts.
  • Multilingual capabilities for diverse audience targeting.
