Who We Are:

Doodhvale Farms is a premium direct-to-consumer dairy & daily essentials brand delivering fresh, pure, and ethically-produced milk and dairy products straight from their own farms to customers’ homes. We champion transparency, single-sourcing, and wellness for families.

Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and manage automated dashboards and reports for operations, sales, procurement, production, and logistics.
Perform daily/weekly/monthly data refreshes and ensure clean, accurate datasets.
Use advanced Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot, Power Query, LOOKUPs, What-if Analysis, formatting automation, Data Studio integration if required).
Write SQL queries for data extraction, filtering, validation, and joining multiple tables.
Build Power BI dashboards with clear KPIs and drill-down insights.
Maintain and organize data in Google Drive, ensuring proper folder structure and accessibility.
Support process teams by identifying data gaps, improving data flow, and creating easy-to-use reporting templates.
Assist management with ad-hoc analysis, forecasting sheets, performance trackers, and MIS reporting
Work closely with operations, finance, procurement, and city teams to understand ground-level KPIs and build relevant insight

Key Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
3–4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or MIS roles.
Strong expertise in MS Excel and Google Sheets (advanced formulas, automations, dashboards).
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, cleaning, and analysis.
Hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visual dashboards).
Ability to build operational dashboards for supply chain, FMCG, or daily ops environments.
Good understanding of business KPIs and operational performance metrics
Highly organized in managing data and reports on Google Workspace
