Job Description

Job Title: D2C Manager

Location: IMT Faridabad

Department: Supply Chain / Logistics

Reports To: Head of Operations / Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical D2C Manager to lead and optimize warehouse operations, ensuring seamless order fulfilment across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, manpower, and shift operations while driving process improvements through strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Management:Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations across multiple D2C platforms (own website, marketplaces, etc.).Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders in line with defined Turnaround Times (TATs).

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate stock levels through regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation.

Order Fulfilment

Supervise picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure on-time deliveries and minimal errors.Drive efficiency in packaging, returns handling, and order accuracy.

Manpower Management

Manage recruitment, training, and scheduling of warehouse staff.Allocate resources based on volume forecasts and business needs.

Shift & Resource Planning

Design and manage effective shift schedules to ensure adequate coverage and labour optimization.Monitor workforce productivity and performance metrics.

Analytics & Reporting

Utilize Excel and reporting tools to track key KPIs (inventory accuracy, order TAT, staff productivity, etc.).Identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement using data-driven insights.

Communication & Coordination

Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams including logistics, customer support, and tech.Resolve operational bottlenecks proactively through clear communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.5–7 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce environment.Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience with WMS/ERP systems and understanding of fulfilment logistics.Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams and drive results under pressure.
