We are seeking a dynamic D2C Manager to lead our e-commerce and consumer-focused business initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and scaling our D2C brand, driving online sales, and ensuring seamless digital consumer experiences. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a deep understanding of D2C business models. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the overall D2C strategy to build brand visibility and drive sales. Manage and oversee the company’s D2C website, company’s presence on e-commerce platforms such as amazon, flipkart, etc along with quick commerce platforms such as zepto, blinkit, instamart, big basket, etc ensuring an engaging and user-friendly experience. Coordinate with design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver compelling campaigns and product launches. Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, influencer collaborations, and paid campaigns. Analyze consumer behavior, website performance, and sales metrics across all the channels to optimize conversions and retention. Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment, logistics, returns, and customer support. Identify partnerships, collaborations, and growth opportunities in the D2C space.
