The role combines strategic thinking, operational excellence, and hands-on execution in Direct-to-Consumer channels. Key Responsibilities: - 1. Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth: · Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all D2C channels (Website, Marketplaces, Social Commerce). · Identify new revenue streams, optimize conversion funnels, and maximize average order value (AOV). · Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. 2.
